Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us by providing the following information to our designated copyright agent:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and services and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Processing Timeline
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly
- Notify the content provider or user that we have removed or disabled access to the material
- Provide the content provider or user with a copy of the complaint
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may send a copy to the original complaining party informing them that we may replace the removed material or cease disabling it. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider or user, the removed material may be replaced or access to it restored within a reasonable time period.
False Claims
Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. We reserve the right to seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in violation of the law.
Modifications to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website and services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
